When setting your account up, we will work with you to ascertain exactly how much space you need to get the best value for money. Plans are very flexible and can be upgraded and downgraded as required.

As with any internet-based application, there is a large reliance on your connection to make use of cloud technologies. However, many offer an offline working mode which enables you to continue working even without an internet connection.
Another consideration is where the data is being stored, many businesses in Europe that are governed by GDPR are unaware that with free or lower versions of cloud applications such as DropBox and Google Drive their data is stored in the USA – this is considered to be outside of GDPR compliance without specific contracts for each of your clients.
